Also eigentlich was es immer klar, dass man bei NG2 kaum was falsch machen konnte!!

Ninja Gaiden II is easily one of the best action games on Xbox 360. The depth in combat is as exciting as ever and the new gameplay additions and changes only add to the experience. The game has been focused from its predecessor into a more pure action affair, for better or for worse, but the formula remains the same -- frustrating camera and all. It's challenging and rewarding. It looks great in motion and it feels great to know you're the one at the helm, directing this bloody dance. It has its foibles and doesn't feel as rich as the last Ninja Gaiden, but this sequel still offers up a great ride. Start doing thumb exercises now. Your poor fingers are going to be worn out by the time you get through this adrenaline pumping blast.

Playing Ninja Gaiden 2 is a very different experience to playing the majority of games. No other game I've ever played is as rewarding so often. Whether it's for simply beating a wave of blood-thirsty bats or for finally slaying a boss you've been tearing your hair out over for more than an hour, the sense of reward and gratification is practically unrivalled. For every level you beat you feel like you're becoming a better gamer and that's a feeling that very few games can claim to give. This is action gaming at its very best.

And I still don't care. You can criticize the best action movies for their bad camera work and tepid storylines, but those elements ultimately take little away from the experience. The same is true with Ninja Gaiden II. In the end, the pure fun of the carnage far outweighs any fleeting camera issues, level design shortcomings, or boss frustrations.
What you see is what you get. And just look at this ridiculous game:

Its these very moments in the game that caused me to say, "You have got to be kidding me," but the aggravation only made the sense of accomplishment that much greater. And that is perhaps Ninja Gaiden IIs greatest asset--not the pretty graphics or the gratuitous violence. And if youre one of those people sitting on the fence about this game because the original was so hard, dont worry. While Ninja Gaiden II is a difficult game, its also far more forgiving than the original (particularly on the acolyte setting) and it gives you ample opportunities to beef up your skills and become a master ninja.
Pros: Excellent gameplay; nice variety in the later levels; great difficulty curve.
Cons: Story is isnt all that interesting; camera can get in the way; few framerate hiccups here and there.
